How to request a return

1. Go to Contact and submit your order number plus return request.
2. Support will confirm eligibility and send next steps.
3. Return the item using the instructions from support.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Processing times can vary by payment provider.
